The key to posting on social media is to be consistent. Your goal is to engage your followers, and the best way to do so is by consistently posting relevant content. Whether you post once a day, twice a day or three times a week, it’s best if your clients get to know they can rely on you to post on a schedule.
For example, if you like to post a video series offering accounting tips, post those videos on the same day and time every week. Your followers will come to expect those videos and even seek them out.
It’s okay to experiment a bit with timing. Try posting at different times on different days to see how your engagement changes. If you notice that a later post on weekdays works best, then post later on weekdays. Once you’ve established your pattern, stick with it as best you can.
We recommend posting at least once a day, to keep your audience engaged and to stay at the top of their mind. If you have an event coming up, it’s okay to post a bit more in the lead-up to the event.
