While we’re sad to see you leave, we’re here to make the process simple. Please fill in the form below to confirm your cancellation. All the details are required to complete this step.

1. Subscription end date

If you’ve already paid for the current month, your subscription will end at the beginning of the following month, and your website will remain live until that time.

2. What happens to my website content?

While the website itself cannot be transferred due to our proprietary code and themes, you’ll receive the following:

• An export of your website content (in XML format)
• An export of your website’s subscribers and any email marketing lists
• Original image files (if applicable)

3. Can I renew my subscription later?

We understand that you might change your mind, so

• We’ll keep a copy of your website in our system for 6 months. If you choose to renew within this time, your website will be ready to go immediately.
• After the 6 month period has elapsed you’ll need to start afresh.

We’ll notify you before the 6-month period ends to confirm that your website will be permanently deleted.
