Essenbee turned to Bizink to scale up their marketing, “It’s been fantastic working with Bizink”

When Abhinav Sood and Sahil Bakshi left their jobs as directors and started their own business, they knew they would need help with marketing. Only a few short years later, their business, Essenbee, is doing incredibly well. With 7 full-time staff already hired and new interns and staff members expected in a few months, Essenbee is growing faster than its founders expected.

Abhinav first found Bizink around 2019, when he was thinking about starting his own firm. He came across Bizink founder Matt Wilkinson’s online posts about helping accounting firms in Australia and New Zealand with their marketing and scaling up. Later, when Abhinav and Sahil were discussing their firm, they realised they needed an organisation like Bizink to help them with digital marketing capabilities.

“We feel the website is a pretty important component to be able to scale up effectively, especially in a post Covid world where most interaction happens through digital means, definitely in the initial stages,” Abhinav says. “When we started working on our website we reached out to you. For us the first phase is to have a good website, have a good space where potential clients and leads would want to see what we do and what we are all about. That’s what went very well with the website you did for us.”

Simple, streamlined processes

Abhinav says he was initially attracted by the simplicity of Bizink’s processes. Rather than using jargon and unnecessary add-ons that can often be found in digital marketing, Bizink focused only on what Essenbee needed to be successful. Additionally, Essenbee’s needs were categorised into separate options, so they could pick what worked best for them rather than being stuck with a large, expensive pack full of services they didn’t need as a start-up. Finally, Abhinav and Sahil liked the competitive pricing.

After considering other vendors, Essenbee decided to go with Bizink to build their website, ultimately going with the Pro Website package. In addition to the response to Essenbee’s website, Abhinav says the team appreciates Bizink’s forms, easy onboarding process, responsiveness, and personalised approach, across everyone they’ve dealt with from the production and support teams. They are now considering what services they want to use in the future.

“I’m definitely intrigued by your SEO offerings and your bolt-on marketing packages as well. I think that completes the entire lifecycle of a small firm like ours. We wanted to do more, but given bandwidth issues we started with the website first. Our aspiration is to do more, enhance our presence on social media and build our online platform. I would definitely recommend Bizink to other accounting firms, and I think I have already.”
